Sourced from the nutritive alluvial soils in Gangetic plains of Awadh(India), each grain of our rice is handpicked, tested for quality and carefully processed to serve our customers with unmatched taste and to ensure a healthy and happy life.

In wide term the rice is categorized into two kinds
i) Basmati Rice
ii) Non-Basmati Rice.

From manufacturing / pricing angle, it is categorized as below:
a) Raw Rice ( Processed as raw i.e. without giving boiling / heating treatment to Paddy)
b) Sella Rice (The raw paddy in the storage bin is put in tank and steamed for 2 to 3 minutes. It is then soaked in cold water for 8 hours. The water is then drained off and the paddy is steamed for 2 to 3 minutes in a 3 quintal tank below).
c) Steam Rice (Raw paddy is first stored in capacity tank. It is steamed till the moisture content is 19% to 20%. Then it is dried in the drier)
